We empower enterprises by streamlining operations through AI-driven workflows. As we expand globally, we're looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to help us identify and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across key international markets.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct targeted outreach to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Bautomate platform across the US, UK, APAC, and Middle East markets.- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, email campaigns, and CRM platforms to identify and engage prospects.- Research, identify, and build a pipeline of decision-makers within our ideal customer profile - (ICP) typically in operations, IT, and finance departments.- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaign strategies.- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes using CRM tools.- Analyze and report on campaign performance and lead quality regularly.Key Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-based solutions.- Proven experience generating and qualifying leads in international markets (US, UK, APAC, Middle East).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient with CRM and outreach tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and MQL criteria is a strong plus.Preferred Skills:- Experience working with marketing and sales automation tools.- Familiarity with B2B buyer personas in finance, insurance, retail, and manufacturing.- Ability to adapt messaging across regions and industries.Arumugam VeeraManager - Talent AcquisitionMyLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/arumugamv (ref:updazz.com)
