Department: ProductAbout the RoleWe are hiring a senior leader in Product to drive consumer tech innovation across our suite of mobile apps including Seekho, Arivu, Nerchuko and Bolo on both iOS and Android.This role goes beyond managing features. You will lead the strategy and execution of consumer-focused product initiatives, partner with engineering and data science, and ensure that every product decision drives business growth and user engagement at scale.What You Will Do
- Define and lead the product strategy for experiments, feature rollouts, and consumer engagement across multiple apps.
- Build systems for consistent experimentation, measurement, and learning across iOS and Android.
- Drive a data-first approach to decision-making by setting high standards for analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data science leadership to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
- Align business goals with product execution and ensure that product roadmaps directly support growth and retention.
- Mentor and guide product teams to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and consumer obsession.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in consumer-facing product management with a proven record of delivering at scale.
- Strong expertise in analytics with proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience in using data to shape product strategy.
- Ability to collaborate closely with technology and data science teams to build robust consumer experiences.
- Track record of translating business requirements into product outcomes that drive growth and engagement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and team leadership skills.
- Lead product strategy for a fast-scaling consumer tech company.
