- Postgraduate accounting qualification (CA or MBA).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant post qualification experience.
- Deep understanding of reporting requirements under IFRS, particularly standards that are relevant to the banking industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
