activitiesJob SummaryWe are seeking a
detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts with
strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and
month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with
exposure to fast-paced E-commerce or Marketplace environments.Key Responsibilities·
Manage Accounts
Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis·
Perform bank,
customer, and GL reconciliations on a regular basis·
Handle month-end
closing activities including journal entries and reporting·
Ensure accurate
accounting records and compliance with internal controls·
Support
preparation of MIS reports and financial statements·
Coordinate with
internal stakeholders for resolution of reconciliation gaps·
Assist in audits
and provide required financial documentation·
Drive process
improvements for AR and closing cyclesRequired Skills &
Qualifications·
Qualified Chartered
Accountant (CA) - mandatory·
2-3 years of
relevant experience in Finance & Accounts·
Strong exposure
to AR, reconciliations, and month-end close·
Prior experience
in E-commerce / Marketplace industry preferred·
Good working
knowledge of accounting systems and Excel·
Strong
