- Work in a cross-functional team, including designers and QA testers, to gather requirements and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to map out strategy for new features, support, release cycles etc.
- Add and test new features to our Unity SDK.
- Create and maintain Android interfaces (APIs) to ensure smooth integration with Android projects.
- Identifying and fixing code errors and bottlenecks and ensuring the products conform to high industry standards.
- Work on Demos and Samples to showcase the SDK
- Support external partners who are using the SDK and fold their feedback into the ongoing development and support of the SDK.
- Strong understanding of Unity3d development tools and technologies
- Proficiency in languages like C# (for Unity scripting) and Java/Kotlin (for Android interfaces) to develop and maintain existing applications.
- Experience with integrating and working third party Unity plugins and SDKs
- Knowledge of Unity Networking API and working with REST APIs
- Agile Development and good understanding of DevOps tooling.
- Experience in custom editors, inspectors, and tooling within Unity
- Knowledge of Android libraries and plugins
- Experience in designing and developing software development kits (SDKs) is a bonus
- Passion to contribute to the gaming ecosystem
- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of 2D, 3D game development
- Solid understanding of Unity Physics and UI System.
- Experience in mobile game development with Unity Game Engine
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Experience with memory and space optimization.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
