A high-impact leadership role to build and lead the Talent Acquisition function for a fast-scaling global organisation, with India headcount expected to grow to 5,000 by year-end. The role requires strategic thinking, global stakeholder management, and experience in setting up scalable TA structures across tech and digital domains.As the SVP - Talent Acquisition (Global), you will be responsible for leading the India-wide talent acquisition strategy in alignment with global objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead End-to-End TA Strategy:
  • Build, lead, and scale the India TA function with strong alignment to global growth goals, particularly in tech and digital talent domains.
  • Set Up TA Infrastructure:
  • Define and implement the TA operating model including hiring playbooks, selection processes, assessment frameworks, and candidate experience strategies.
  • Collaborate with Global Stakeholders:
  • Influence and partner with CXOs and global leaders including CEO, COO, CIO, CLO, Global TA Head, and regional VPs in the US and Philippines.
  • Drive Hiring for Scale & Integration:
  • Spearhead strategic hiring efforts including ramp-up hiring (1400+ hires this year) and integration of talent post-acquisition.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Lead initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice, especially for technology and engineering talent across India.
  • Coach Leadership on Talent Decisions:
  • Guide senior business leaders on hiring best practices and support capability building in talent evaluation and selection.
  • Manage International TA Teams:
  • Oversee a geographically dispersed team across India, US, and Philippines; ensure performance metrics, collaboration, and team alignment.
  • Enable Data-Driven Hiring:
  • Build strong reporting, analytics, and forecasting mechanisms to support hiring visibility and executive decision-making.

  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in a strategic leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in setting up or scaling TA functions in high-growth or transformation-stage environments.
  • Exposure to global hiring processes and working across geographies such as the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
  • Experience hiring tech, engineering, and digital talent at scale.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with CXOs.
  • Comfortable working in a build-phase environment with high ambiguity and fast decision cycles.
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience working with RPOs, implementing psychometric assessments, and driving TA-related policy formation.
