Reports to: Design Manager / Engineering HeadKey Responsibilities:Develop design concepts, prototypes, and detailed technical drawings.Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create 2D/3D models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and production capabilities.Conduct design reviews and provide technical expertise during the development phase.Perform simulations and analyses to test design functionality and performance.Optimize existing designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.Modify designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and testing.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.Keep accurate records of design changes, revisions, and updates.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.Proven experience as a Design Engineer or in a similar role.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
