Leveraging its global workforce and experience in onshore/offshore balanced projects, CBTW undertakes not only configuration and enhancement activities but also major deployments with responsibility for complete upgrades, implementations and then providing post-live support services.ResponsibilitiesIn line with our expansion plan, we are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our talented team to contribute to CBTW’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative company.
  • Design, configure, and maintain the TDH platform, including its core modules like Data Event Streaming (DES), Operational Data Store (ODS), Snapshot Data Store (SDS), and the Analytical Data Store (ADS).
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using the TDH data engineering tools (often based on Apache Spark) to ingest, cleanse, prepare, and transform data from Temenos Transact.
  • Facilitate seamless integration between the Temenos core and various downstream systems (e.g., CRM, payment gateways, data warehouses, BI tools) using APIs (REST/SOAP), message queues (Kafka, JMS), or file-based methods.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to define data requirements and ensure the TDH data stores (ODS/SDS).
  • Implement data quality management, metadata management (data catalog and lineage), and security measures (XACML, SSL/TLS) to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations like BCBS 239 or GDPR.
  • Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for TDH-related issues, and participate in upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.
  • Create technical specifications, documentation, and provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.
  • Report product related technical issues in the Temenos Helpdesk.
  • Liaise with TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure that the issues are understood and resolved.
QualificationsRequired Skill Set:
  • Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.
  • Fluent English, both written & communication skill.
  • 7+ Years experience with TDH (Temenos Data Hub), Temenos T24, Transact.
  • Minimum of 1 project implementation for TDH which involves data loading from Transact and data Extraction from TDH.
Main Technical Skills:
  • TDH Implementation experience
  • TDH Upgrade experience
  • Data Event Streaming knowledge
  • Streaming platform understanding (Kafka, Event hub)
  • Microsoft Azure experience
  • Ability to work with Kubernetes
  • Experience with docker images (build & push)
  • SQL / PLSQL coding
Personal Skills:
  • Ability to work remotely within EST/CT time zone (Flexible, but must have at least 4 hrs of interaction).
  • Ability to conduct and drive workshops with the Client, connect with Temenos teams and follow-up of tickets
  • Understanding Client’s IT Architecture/Landscape and ability to provide guidance and support for the to-be landscape/architecture
  • Ability to prepare/review IRD (Interface Requirement Document)
  • Ability to prepare/review Interface Functional Specification Document & TSD (Technical Specification Document)

  • Working experience on Transact R22 onwards
