Senior Manager - Data Privacy - 8-12 Years - Gurugram (Hybrid)Are you someone who is passionate about data privacy and regulatory compliance and enjoys leading by example? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Manager - Data Privacy to join our growing team in Gurugram (Hybrid Work Model). The company promotes a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture while supporting long-term career growth.Responsibilities * Assisting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy policies and procedures.
Providing subject-matter expertise to business units on privacy and data protection matters.
Monitoring and responding to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
Coordinating with IT, Legal, HR, and other functions on data privacy, security initiatives, and contracts.
Maintaining records of processing activities as per Article 30 of GDPR.
Participating in audits, regulatory reporting, and privacy compliance reviews.
Supporting training and awareness programs on data privacy best practices.
Staying updated with evolving global data protection regulations and advising stakeholders accordingly.

Requirements

8-12 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years in a data privacy or compliance role.
Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Professional certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are preferred.
Experience working with privacy management platforms is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of information security principles and their intersection with data privacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's degree or legal background is a plus.
