3. Manage site Operations as per SLA in the shift. Monitoring of BMS and CCTV system. Manage the shift operations by doing all the PM, Breakdown maintenance, and Routine checks as per OEM recommendation. Ensure Logs and Reports created and operations hand over to the next shift4. Team Management , SLA Management , Compliance Management , Vendor Management, Fault Management , O&M Operation sustainability and Quality Management and Customer Management, Asset Management , Equipment life cycle management ,Energy optimization,5. Commercial support like WCC arrangement and Attendance and Payroll management6.
