Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in LV Switchgear and Panel Products, focusing on Panel Builders and EPC customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow business from existing customers, new prospects, and competitor accounts.
- Promote the complete range of LV switchgear and panel products.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, product selection and design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order finalization.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and seminars to educate customers on Siemens solutions.
- Maintain structured sales processes including planning, visit reporting, and timely order booking.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights into competitor activities and developments.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, documentation, and approval workflows.
- Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of LV switchgear products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
- Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word and good analytical knowledge to utilizing the available resources to build business.
