This position is responsible for leading and driving a team of technology leaders, Scrum Masters, business analysts, and developers.
This position is also responsible for Stakeholder Management, Competency Development, People Development, talent management and retention.
Position is part of the Digital Marketing and Commerce focused on leading a global team, designing and implementing solutions that manage, market and service diverse portfolio of products through digital channels.
Build integrated solutions to address Digital Experience, Product Information Management, Product management system (Hybris), Content Management (AEM), Search (Endeca/LW), and other related internet offerings.
Person will liaison with technical architects, project managers, program managers and development teams and Business to convert technical strategies and roadmaps into robust world class solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead Digital Marketing delivery team on projects.
Provide project leadership, to achieve business objectives, delivering the benefits and satisfying the stakeholders.
Develop project plans with budgetary information and resource needs.
Partner with business teams as technology advisor to understand their needs and priorities and communicate on a strategic and tactical level. Bring new ideas and innovations to create business value.

Requirements:

Candidate Desired Profile:
12+ years of IT experience implementing enterprise-wide eBusiness solutions with at least 5+ years leadership experience managing multicultural team across the geography and delivering results through others.
Ecommerce Development Program/Project Management
Technology Upgrade/Migration Experience in Ecommerce projects like Hybris Migration, Search Engine Migration.
Solid foundation in project management concepts, principles, and practices.
Professional with agile mindset working on business development for application maintenance and strategic initiatives.
Managing Digital Commerce projects and related technologies in large scale environment.
