Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include installing and servicing products at various client sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in installation processes, technical troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure efficient and high-quality installations. ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and maintaining safety standardsKey Responsibilities:

Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements, ensure site readiness, and recommend solutions.
Install products and systems according to company guidelines and client specifications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during and after installation.
Verify functionality and quality following installation.
Perform testing and necessary calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
Complete installation reports, including details of completed tasks and any issues encountered.
Document customer interactions and update CRM as required.
Collect Satisfactory report from Customers/Clients

Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.Experience: Proven experience as an installation technician or in a similar role (e.g., AluminiumSimilar Industry Working experienceFabricators, AC Installers, DTH/Fibernet Installers, RO Purifier Installations, Shed/Roofing, Carpenters, Electricians).Skills:Proficiency with hand and power tools.Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.Additional Requirements:Valid driver’s license.Availability to travel to client sites as needed within the city.Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends if necessary.
