External Job DescriptionStrategic & Analytical SupportAssist the Group CHRO in tracking, reviewing, and driving the progress of key HR initiatives across all group companies.Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing notes for Management Board and leadership reviews.Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support decision-making.Project CoordinationManage the execution of enterprise-wide HR projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.Liaise with CHROs of group companies to gather inputs, monitor progress, and escalate issues where necessary.Leadership InterfaceServe as the coordination point between the Group CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.Support planning and preparation for leadership meetings, workshops, and offsites.Operational Effectivenessrack action items from meetings and ensure timely closure.Maintain dashboards, trackers, and other tools to measure progress on key people priorities.Communication & DocumentationDraft clear and concise communications on behalf of the Group CHRO.Ensure all project and review documents are accurate, updated, and accessible.CompetenciesActing StrategicallyAnalytical MindsetCommunicating EffectivelyResult OrientationStakeholder Management
