Our faculty and staff are dedicated to promoting student success and developing the next generation of leaders in the field of education.Job Description:The Associate Professor, Department of Pedagogy of Economics, will be a key member of the faculty at JKKN College of Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in the field of pedagogy of economics, as well as contributing to the research and scholarship activities of the department. Additionally, the Associate Professor will be responsible for advising students, participating in departmental and college-wide committees, and serving as a mentor to junior faculty.Qualifications:

An earned doctorate degree in Economics Education or a related field
A strong record of scholarly research and publication in the field of pedagogy of economics
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level
Evidence of excellence in teaching, demonstrated through student evaluations and peer evaluations
A commitment to the vision and mission of JKKN College of Education
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

Teach and develop courses in the field of pedagogy of economics
Contribute to research and scholarship activities in the department
Advise students on academic and professional matters
Participate in departmental and college-wide committees
Serve as a mentor to junior faculty
Stay current in the field through continuous professional development and engagement in scholarly activities
Demonstrate a commitment to student success and promoting the vision and mission of JKKN College of Education
Collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a team environment.
