JOB PURPOSE:Solution Architect responsible for building IT Manage Services SolutionQUALIFICATION:Bachelors of Engg in IT/ related fieldsEXPERIENCE:6+ years of experience in the managed Service DomainRESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):Understand customers IT operations and roll out a business case for Manage services outsourcing with relevant analysis on current operations/model and the ROI over outsourcing.Conduct/Participate in customer workshops for demonstrating business cases & managed services model.Respond to RFI/RFP received from SalesExcellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skillsPresent/ Demonstrate Managed Services SolutionDevelop cost effective & scalable delivery models with SLA based support services.Develop effort estimates for the proposed managed services solution across delivery models (onsite/offshore-Remote/Hybrid/Shared/Dedicated).Ensure the solution proposed is optimally designed for the customer and as per the standard PracticePlanning and scheduling activities with the Managed Services Program Manager to ensure the success of the projectsShould have good understanding in service quality.must be well versed in IT operations standards such as ITILTECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:MANDATORYSkills & ExperienceBroad foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, TMG, ISA, SharePoint, Storage Area Networking (EMC, NetApp, or other), Data networking (Cisco, HP, Nortel), IP Telephony (Cisco, Nortel, Avaya), VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp, MS Hyper-V etc.Technical certifications Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.SOFT SKILLS:MANDATORYKnowledge in the ITIL Frame Work life cycle
