- Partner with business leaders, HR, and employees to identify learning gaps & future skill needs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to create role-specific development programs.
- Ensure training is tied to business goals, employee performance, and career growth.
- Build leadership, behavioral, communication, and Business English proficiency training programs.
- Utilize LinkedIn Learning, e-learning platforms, and in-person/virtual sessions.
- Develop structured learning paths for different roles & career stages.
- Develop manuals, workbooks, guides, and digital learning resources.
- Keep training interactive-blended learning, gamification, case studies, role-plays.
- Ensure all employees complete mandatory compliance training (POSH, workplace safety, security).
- Keep track of LMS records & regulatory adherence.
- Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness (knowledge retention, skill application, business impact).
- Use feedback surveys, assessments, and data analytics to enhance programs.
- Support succession planning, career pathing, and internal mobility strategies.
- Partner with HR to build frameworks for high-potential employees and future leaders.
- Create initiatives that encourage continuous learning, self-paced development, and upskilling.
- Promote learning as a key driver of employee retention and engagement.
