Collaborate with clients to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure proactive hiring for critical positions.
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure a cultural and skill fit for the organization.
Handle client interactions, understanding their hiring requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Analyze market trends to provide strategic insights and adapt hiring strategies to stay competitive.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and challenges.
Maintain and enhance the employer brand through a positive candidate experience.
Partner with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in tech hiring, preferably from the recruitment industry (agency or consulting).
Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies across the software development lifecycle.
Excellent client-handling skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Awareness of current market trends and the ability to provide strategic insights to hiring teams.
Candidates from US IT Recruitment or Corporate Recruitment will not be considered.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in recruiting for Pan India roles is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
