- Our gifting solutions ensure thoughtful presents for any event, from sourcing unique items to arranging personalized packaging and delivery.
- CREW also simplifies mobility by coordinating chauffeurs, vehicle rentals, or transport solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of Crew Captains responsible for planning and executing customer travel.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely execution of travel-related tasks and adherence to service standards.
- Work closely with vendors to deliver memorable and high-quality experiences.
- Provide creative direction for travel solutions tailored to customer preferences.
- Manage shift schedules, task distribution, and escalations within the team.
- Monitor key metrics such as task completion rate, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and introduce innovative travel planning ideas.
- Maintain the premium tone and quality standards of Swiggy's RARE service.
- Must be based in Bangalore and open to rotational shifts (5-day work week including weekends).
- 3-6 years of experience in travel or travel planning.
- Experience in vendor management.
- Prior experience in team management within a service or operations setup.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail in travel planning.
- Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Passion for delivering outstanding, personalized experiences for premium users.
