Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive program management plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle. • Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders. • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. • Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize program delivery. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track program effectiveness and impact. • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the program management team.RequirementsSkillset Required / Mandatory

Strong knowledge of Program and Project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership influencing skills.

Qualifications • MBA from top B school preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering).

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a program manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
