Role Overview:The role in Sales focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining sales processes, and equipping teams to effectively adapt to strategic changes aimed at scaling sales performance. This position demands a blend of strategic insight, expertise in process optimization, and strong training and communication capabilities-ideally within the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities & Skills:Business Transformation:- Formulate and implement strategies to transform branch operations, boosting productivity and enhancing customer experience.- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost/revenue alignment, and risk mitigation.- Lead transformation initiatives to drive business growth, especially in new or emerging markets.Process Improvement & Management:- Analyze and refine existing sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.- Design and execute frameworks for performance measurement and risk mitigation.- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry compliance requirements.Training & Development:- Develop and deliver customized training programs for sales teams, focusing on products, compliance, and effective sales techniques.- Conduct training needs assessments and tailor content to diverse learning preferences.- Partner with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals and track program impact.Sales Enablement:- Monitor and enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring seamless progression from lead generation to conversion.- Equip sales teams with comprehensive knowledge of products, policies, and competitive offerings.- Improve sales effectiveness by enhancing conversation quality, product understanding, and objection handling.Required Qualifications & Experience:- MBA from a premier institute or a strong academic background in Finance or Marketing is preferred.- 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in financial services (NBFCs or banking).- Proven track record in process enhancement, project management, and/or sales training.- In-depth understanding of NBFC products and sales methodologies.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
