This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the bank's growth and success, with a focus on building strong client relationships and driving sales in the POS domain.Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with POS clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and target potential POS clients, conducting market research and analysis to understand client needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, offering recommendations to enhance our POS offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Handle client queries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of POS sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems and the ability to understand client requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events as required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for sales and client engagement.
