The Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) focusses on doing business with customers such as the Government, Strategic, large and mid-corporates and the SMEs across industries like Infrastructure, Engineering, Chemicals, Oil and; Gas, Metals, textiles etc. The Corporate lending business emphasizes on doing business with higher rated corporates with a focus on garnering a higher share of the cash flows by providing working capital facilities.Custody & Capital Market Division is a niche segment focus on Custodial Services (Domestic – PMS, AIF, MF, Insurance etc & Foreign – FPI, FDI, FVCI, DRs); Clearing & Settlement services for Trade; Professional Clearing Services for Equity & Currency Derivative Segments. Bank is also offering Fund Accounting Services for Portfolio Managers (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) & MF/Insurance.About the RoleOverall Business Development of these products (Domestic & GIFT) - Business strategy & planning for growth.Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.Possess knowledge on key areas Mutual Funds; Insurance; Foreign Portfolio Investors; Alternative Investment Funds; Commodity Derivatives; Custody; Clearing activities.- Developing Custodial new systems, completion of UAT
- Designing SoPs, documents/SLAs, Reports as required by the institutional clients or regulators.
Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.Product Commercialization – Planning & Execution.Business Controle: Risk minimization; Audit & Compliance.Key Responsibilities
Preparing CMC documents, taking necessary approvals from the stakeholders and implementing the processes under new growth areas – Mutual Funds; Insurance; FPI & AIF
Requirement discussion with Operations and coverage and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to enhance / implement it in custody systems to suite the needs.
Responsible to ensure completion of UAT and implementing the process in the prescribed timeline
Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB, AUC & Fx
Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.
Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation.Qualifications
- Any master’s degree with experience of 8-12+ years in custody business.
- Positive and collaborative attitude with good communication skills
- Thorough with SEBI regulations & policies related to Custody & Capital market Products.
- Ability to provide solutions to the clients balancing compliance & Risks
- Proactive in learning & self-development.
- Client and MI facing role and meeting day to day need of the client and ensure excellent service delivery.
