- Design and implement compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Ensure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll processing.
- Maintain payroll records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies across HR operations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to legal and organisational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address employee concerns related to compensation and compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to HR compliance and policies.
- Support the HRBP function in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and analyses on compensation trends and compliance metrics for leadership review.
- Provide training to employees and managers on HR policies and compliance requirements.
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures and statutory compliance in India.
- Proven experience in HR operations, particularly in business services or facilities management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance and compensation challenges.
- Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
