This role focuses on managing compensation, benefits, payroll and compliance within the human resources department of a business services company in the facilities management sector.   • Design and implement compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain talent.
  •  Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal requirements.
  •  Maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  •  Ensure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  •  Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll processing.
  •  Maintain payroll records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies across HR operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to legal and organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address employee concerns related to compensation and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to HR compliance and policies.
  • Support the HRBP function in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on compensation trends and compliance metrics for leadership review.
  • Provide training to employees and managers on HR policies and compliance requirements.

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address compliance and compensation challenges.
  • Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
