- Assist in converting leads into long-term clients through consultative selling.
- Enhance the quality of presentations, ensuring every pitch and deck is polished and effective.
- Support client engagements with thorough planning, preparation, and structured communication.
- Present capabilities through professional, well-written, and visually compelling documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with tailored solutions.
- Meeting Documentation: Draft clear Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) with summaries, action items, and responsible stakeholders.
- Sales Collateral: Design pitch decks, client case studies, and capability documents that tell engaging stories.
- Proposals & Business Documents: Prepare proposals, internal notes, and supporting materials for client conversations.
- Client Meeting Prep: Conduct background research, curate structured content, and ensure consistent follow-ups across tools, email, and LinkedIn.
- Presentation Excellence: Build visually compelling decks in Google Slides and maintain structured documentation across Google Suite.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy.
- Background in business administration, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with clarity, persuasion, and professional tone.
- Proficiency in Google Suite / Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a flair for formatting, structuring, and storytelling.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to simplify complex information.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Previous internship experience in BD, Sales, or Strategy is a plus.
