Warranty Manager

• Responsible for warranty decision for the product defects reported to workshop.
• Detail reporting of complaint, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty.
• Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims.
• Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in workshop.
• Dispatch of all the failed parts to DICV on request.
• Failed parts scrapping in presence of DICV representative.
• Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap.
• Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement
• Upkeep of warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits.
• Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centers for their respective parts warranty claim.
• Update workshop personnel on latest warranty policy changes.
