- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the sales team to renew and expand customer contracts
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
- Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on platform features
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM system
