- Build and nurture relationships with business loan customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Identify potential business loan opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into successful sales.
- Collaborate with the Consumer Service Group team to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Conduct regular reviews and analyses of customer portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell potential.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline management, and customer feedback.
- Participate in business development initiatives, attending industry events, and networking to expand the bank's reach.
- Support the implementation of new business loan products and services, providing feedback and insights to the product development team.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business relationship management or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of business loan products, including their features, benefits, and target markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software for effective customer relationship management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
