This role offers a chance to work in a vibrant, cross-cultural environment, crafting and executing strategies for a global audience with a special focus on the Japanese market.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution:Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, and support sales objectives.Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and lead qualification.Digital Marketing: Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels including SEO/ SEM, email marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content marketing.Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing collateral such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media updates, and website content.Market Focus:Conduct market research to understand the nuances, trends, and competitive landscape of regional markets such as Japan/ EU/US etc.Adapt and localize marketing campaigns and materials to resonate with regional business culture and audience preferences.Collaborate with the sales team to generate market-specific leads and support their outreach efforts in different regions.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and other analytics platforms. Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical experts, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.Lead Nurturing: Manage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads ensuring a smooth transition from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).Must-Have SkillsHands on experience in working with B2B marketing.Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong, hands-on knowledge of core digital marketing concepts and tools, including:SEO/SEM (Google Ads, keyword research)Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, etc.)Email Marketing & Automation (e.g., HubSpot)Content Management SystemsAnalytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
