Role & responsibilitiesImplement sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory to maximize revenue.Will handle the territory of Trivandrum/ Kollam & Pathanamthitta.Achieve predefined volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Ensure timely implementation of company policies and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) regularly.Develop and expand the distribution/channel network as per agreed business plans.Monitor and control territory expenses efficiently to ensure optimal utilization.Promote and register the company's brand with government bodies, corporates, and key institutions to secure product specifications.Plan and execute sales promotion activities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Collect, analyse, and report market intelligence (competitors, pricing, demand trends) to the back office.Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across the assigned territory.Build and manage key account relationships; support the team in lead conversion and order closure.Identify market gaps, ensure product availability, and create demand for the company's offerings.Conduct weekly self-reviews and take corrective actions to improve productivity and performance.RequirementsKey Skills & Competencies:Strong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesMarket analysis and strategic thinkingAbility to work independently in a field-based roleResult-oriented with strong follow-up skillsPreferred candidate profile:Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)Benefits
