- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
