Job descriptionPosition: Store Keeper Company: Durall System Location: mumbai Industry: Facade / Construction / Engineering Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management o Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. o Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering. o Conduct regular physical stock audits. 2. Material Handling & Storage o Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials. o Handle materials with care to avoid damage or wastage. o Organize the store layout for easy identification and access. 3. Documentation & Reporting o Maintain daily stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and delivery notes. o Generate periodic inventory and consumption reports. o Report discrepancies or shortages to the procurement or project teams. 4. Coordination o Liaise with the procurement and project teams for material planning and requirement forecasts. o Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely delivery. o Support project execution teams with timely issue of materials. 5. Compliance & Safety o Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping norms. o Maintain a clean and hazard-free store environment. o Comply with ISO/QC documentation where applicable. 6. Asset Management o Maintain records of tools, machinery, and company assets issued to teams. o Ensure proper return and condition checks of issued assetsJob requirements
