We Are Looking for Sr Microsoft 365 ConsultantExperience: 6+ yearsLocation: RemoteShift: 9 AM- 6 PM ISTResponsibilitiesAdministering and supporting the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online,Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Intune.Managing user identities, roles, licenses, and group memberships using the Microsoft365 admin center.Monitoring and maintaining system performance, availability, and security.Implementing and managing security and compliance policies (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, etc.).Providing L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services.Working closely with security and compliance teams to manage data governance and auditing.Coordinating with Microsoft support for issue resolution.Assisting with migrations, integrations, and upgrades related to M365.Staying updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and roadmap.Managing the on-premises AD environment (ADDC, RODC, SMTP, KMS, RDS, and Certificate servers).Leading, mentoring, and driving the team towards company objectives, with the ability to work under diverse customers and in an enterprise-level environment.The ideal candidate should possess:A bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.6+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator or in a similar role.Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.Skilled in using PowerShell to manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, and automation of workflows; knowledge will be an added advantage.The preferred certifications are:Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC-900Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate MS-700Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert MS-102Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate MD-102Implement Information Protection in Microsoft 365 SC-400
