Join the Snowflake team.As a Practice Manager, you are engaged at the account level in providing visibility, service reviews and reporting through all phases of the implementation lifecycle. You will work hand-in-hand with senior stakeholders on opportunities to improve our service and delivery. You will work across customer organizations and multiple Snowflake teams to ensure customers’ applications are well designed and scale to the needs of their business. Success is defined by the PMs ability to develop a quality service strategy per customer, capture and report on key metrics, identify upsell opportunities and quickly become the client’s trusted advisor.AS A PRACTICE MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:Be responsible for both services sales enablement/execution and services delivery success for your accounts, focus on both quarterly bookings targets (for Professional Services & Training) and utilization targetsOwn the services delivery roadmap (proposals, closing services opportunities and delivery)Develop scope and associated SOWs for customer services engagementsOwn, manage and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clientsManage key client projects by communicating effectively with project team members, management and project stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and project goals and objectivesLead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-upManage client and project documentation, communications, meetings and required meeting follow-upsTrack metrics around infrastructure performance and service requestsContinually seek to improvePrepare and present service reports to clientsCreate, implement and track relationship roadmapsDrive alignment with executive sponsors and/or customer stakeholdersCollaborate with other delivery partners (SIs, GSIs, other PS orgs, etc) in support of project deliveryServe as the initial point of escalation for customer and project teamOwn project outcomes and manage project financials (revenue forecasting and expense management)Build strong cross-functional relationships within Snowflake GTM teams (legal, deal desk, account teams, sales, PS&T leadership - including workload services - and partner team)Help create and execute on the overall vision for service delivery and client satisfactionDetermine areas for process improvements within both the client and SnowflakeWork with key stakeholders to implement and documentOUR IDEAL PRACTICE MANAGER WILL HAVE:8+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projectsDirect experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud fieldProven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business developmentStrong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (solution architect, system administrator, technical account manager or equivalent)WHY JOIN OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE:Unique opportunity to work on a truly disruptive software productGet unique, hands-on experience with cutting-edge data warehouse technologyDevelop, lead and execute an industry-changing initiativeLearn from the best!
