- Help drive the end-to-end proposal development process, including coordination, structuring, and timely submission
- Prepare well-structured, high-quality proposals, SOWs, and presentations aligned with client requirements
- Understand client needs through discussions, address queries, and support sales in progressing opportunities toward closure
- Work closely with the sales team to develop relevant solutions and tailored pitches for prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal delivery/technology teams to define solution approach, effort estimates, and timelines
- Coordinate effectively across teams to ensure timely and accurate inputs for proposals and submissions
- Support the creation and maintenance of case studies, collaterals, and reusable proposal content
- Continuously review and enhance existing materials to improve quality, consistency, and effectiveness
- Manage vendor/partner coordination for staff augmentation requirements
- Engage with vendors to source relevant candidate profiles based on client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and turnaround timelines
- Maintain structured tracking of opportunities, proposals, and activities within CRM systems
- Contribute to improving pre-sales processes, proposal quality, and turnaround efficiency
- Support market research and pipeline-building activities by identifying potential clients and opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, client challenges, and competitive offerings, particularly in Salesforce, Data Engineering, and AI
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Staff Augmentation roles
- Familiarity with CRM, Generative AI Tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
- Experience in IT services
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (preferred)
