This includes acquiring new customers, driving growth with existing accounts, managing distributors, and providing first-level technical support. The role plays a critical part in expanding the Pool Solutions business and ensuring customer satisfaction through best-in-class performance and cost-effective solutions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDrive Revenue Growth (Aligned to Annual Operating Plan):Acquire new customers (direct and via channel partners)Increase share of wallet by cross-selling new pool technologiesPromote innovations and expand into new market segmentsUpdate Salesforce with all growth opportunities weeklyConduct product trials at customer locationsRetain and Grow Existing Accounts:Ensure service excellence and deliver on performance & cost commitmentsLeverage Solenis' Value Advantage framework to capture value deliveredMaintain strong, multi-tiered customer relationshipsImplement strategic price increasesProvide first-level troubleshooting and technical adviceSales Forecasting & Collections:Ensure timely AR collectionsMaintain accurate and timely sales forecastingChannel Partner/Distributor Management:Grow business through existing partnersExpand coverage via new distributor appointmentsTrack and report secondary salesMonitor and improve distributor ROIMarket Intelligence:Keep track of industry trends and competitor activityCross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with supply chain, HR, finance, R&D, procurement, and leadership teamsContinuous Development:Participate in 100 hours of learning annuallyStay updated on market and technological trendsEthics & Integrity:Demonstrate and promote ethical practices across all activitiesEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KEY ATTRIBUTESEducation/Experience:Technical background required (Engineering or Science)Prior experience in pool or water treatment industries preferredFamiliarity with disinfection, filtration, and water quality management for recreational water is advantageousKey Attributes:High learning agility and adaptabilitySelf-driven, result-oriented mindsetStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCollaborative and ethical team playerAmbitious with a passion for sustainable and safe water management
