About the client:Our client is an IFSC-registered FME which comes with a diversified and distinguished pedigree of managing global funds, fund administration, banking, regulators, and broking in global markets having deep macro insights helping global UHNWIs, Family Offices and Corporates meet their investment and wealth preservation goals.Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Keep pace with Gift city requirements and compliances to the regulations therein, implement them in fund and manager entities.
Comply with all the regulations without exception
Represent the fund with regulators and investors in a systematic manner
Interact with policy makers and participate in the Gift city policy-making exercise
Maintain proper documentation for all activities undertaken at Gift city.
Coordinate with trustees, custodians, bankers, regulators for all approvals and transactions
Process the investor onboarding, compliance with KYC from AML policy under PMLA regulations.
Fund structure understanding and design to make it the best benchmarked
Understand the fund administration and management

Qualification and Experience:

Minimum 5 yrs experience in BFSI
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with organizational goals.
