Serve as the primary point of contact with IFSCA, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies for all fund-related
matters
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligations applicable to
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and private equity operations in GIFT City.
- Participate in the design, structuring, and launch of new fund products, ensuring regulatory alignment and
- operational readiness.
- Lead the day-to-day management of the fund including investor relations, fund administration, and
- financial reporting.
- Review and approve investor documentation, offer documents, and ensure all KYC/AML norms are met.
- Collaborate with fund managers, legal advisors, auditors, custodians, and administrators to ensure
- efficient fund operations.
- Monitor fund performance, risk, and compliance metrics and provide regular updates to the Board.
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding fundraising, portfolio management, and exit strategies.
- A professional qualification or post-graduate degree or post graduate diploma (minimum one year in duration)
actuarial science from a university or an institution recognised by the Central Government or any State Government or a recognised foreign university or institution or association or a CFA or a FRM from Global Association of Risk
