Responsibilities:Design and Development:
- Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Participate in architectural discussions and offer insights on Salesforce best practices.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and data consistency across integrated systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to ensure quality and performance.
- Manage deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Flosum or CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on new features and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, technologies, and industry trends.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
