We've only begun reimaging the future - for our people, our customers, and the world.Let's create tomorrow together.We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with 4 to 6 years of technical experience in Salesforce (SFDC) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide Salesforce applications, ensuring they align with industry-standard practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in key Salesforce technologies, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, Apex Triggers, Queueable classes, and JavaScript, as well as Salesforce Flows and automations. While not required, knowledge of Python programming is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:Design and Development:

Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Develop custom applications and enhancements in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Apex Triggers, Queueable classes and JavaScript and other technologies.Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
Participate in architectural discussions and offer insights on Salesforce best practices.

Integration:

Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Ensure seamless data flow and data consistency across integrated systems.

Customization and Configuration:Customize Salesforce platforms using declarative tools such as Flow, and advanced formula fields. * Configure Salesforce features and functionality to optimize user experience and system performance.Code Quality and Best Practices:

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Testing and Deployment:

Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests to ensure quality and performance.
Manage deployment processes using tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Flosum or CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs within the Salesforce platform.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications and integrations.

Documentation and Training:

Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on new features and functionalities.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, business analysts and other team members of the DevOps team * Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, technologies, and industry trends.

Proactively suggest improvements to processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Agile Methodology:

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Collaborate with the Agile team to refine user stories, estimate tasks, and plan sprints effectively. * Utilize Kanban boards or Scrum backlogs in Jira to track progress and manage workload effectively.Qualifications:
