With four IG rated businesses, it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India.Adani Solar: Adani Solar is India's 1st and largest vertically integrated solar PV manufacturer with 4 GW cells & modules and 2 GW of ingots & wafers manufacturing capacitiesJob Purpose: The Shift Engineer - Cluster - PECVD ensures overall supervision of production flow and machine operators that includes operators training, operators deployment, making SOPs, work instructions, check lists for machine, process flow and production, hence to ensure a successful & safe operation in the shop floor as per production plan. The senior engineer also responsible for maintaining, controlling equipment and material movement within the operating scope and as per work instructions / standard operating procedures.Responsibilities:Safety and Compliance:

Ensure shift operations adhere to safety regulations and standards by enforcing protocols, conducting safety checks, providing training, and addressing any safety or compliance issues promptly.

Production Management:

Monitor and manage throughput to maximize production efficiency and ensure that the rate of production meets or exceeds established targets.

IMS:

Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke for safety, oversee daily checks and machine readiness as per SOPs.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

Lead QCC, cost reduction projects for operational enhancements, monitor product quality adherence to specifications.

Documentation and Reporting:

Collect production data, analyze trends, and prepare MIS reports for management insights.

Training and Management:

Train and manage operators and promote safe practices on the shop floor.

Qualifications:Educational Qualification:

BE/B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech

Work Experience (Range of years):

Min 2 - 5 years in semiconductor or solar manufacturing, with experience in PECVD and equipment operation / other PCB manufacturing
