8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
10 - 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Knowledge of GenAI development tools is plus.
