- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's
- Oversee all aspects of marketing including branding, advertising, digital marketing,
- Lead the creation and management of marketing campaigns to support product launches,
- Manage relationships with external agencies for digital marketing, creative content,
- Identify new opportunities to reach new markets, enhance brand visibility, and drive traffic
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behaviour, competitors, and industry
- Lead the development and execution of creative marketing concepts to ensure brand
- Drive the digital marketing agenda by managing SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social
- Manage the marketing budget, track spending, and optimize the allocation of resources
- Coordinate with the product design, sales, and retail teams to ensure cohesive marketing
- Lead internal communications to ensure alignment between departments and the
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry
- Oversee customer engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs and customer
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the retail, fashion, or
- Strong understanding of brand management and experience in building and scaling
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing,
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable
- Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Proficient in working with external agencies and managing partnerships.
- Ability to lead creative teams and work collaboratively with design, product, and sales teams.
- A visionary with a proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities and risks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Exp: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
