Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for technical support issues within assigned countries.
  • Build strong relationships with country leadership and stakeholders to understand local challenges and goals.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between country operations and global platform support teams.
  • Drive proactive service improvements and track key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to both local and global leadership.
  • Advocate for country-specific needs in global support planning and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout of new tools, platforms, and processes.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical account management, IT operations, or a related support role.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and support service structures.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
