- Ensure prompt and professional responses to client queries and concerns
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of invested funds regularly
- Participate in fund manager calls to validate internal research, align investment frameworks, and gather insights
- Lead a team of financial advisors and professionals, offering strategic direction and support
- Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, review performance, and resolve operational challenges
