Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product and Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the development and promotion of our products in the market. This role bridges product strategy with execution, aligning product development with go-to-market plans to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.- Lead in achieving Sales and expanding market reach.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.Marketing Management- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).- Oversee content creation, branding, and communication strategies.- Drive lead generation and conversion through various channels.- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for marketing execution.Key Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).- 7+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing roles.- Strong understanding of product development cycles and go-to-market strategies.- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.- Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analysis.Preferred Attributes:- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach.- Proven track record of launching successful products.- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.- Industry experience in Photography, Optics Field.- Open to Travel 15-20 days a month- Reports To: BU Head COP (ref:updazz.com)
