3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.

A strong background in insurance, insurance brokerage, or financial services, with a deep understanding of industry-specific data and metrics.

Necessary analytical and technical skills to manipulate and interpret large amounts of information.

Ability to construct visual representations of large data sets.

Proficient in big data analysis tools, including SQL, R, or Python. Experience with visualization tools, such as Power BI.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including an ability to simplify technical concepts and analysis for non-technical audiences.
