Job Title Technical Project ManagerJob DescriptionAs a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in executing small-scale innovation projects or managing specific sub-sections of larger initiatives. Working under general supervision, you will leverage existing solutions for faster development, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, proactive risk management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Your role:

Deliver Innovation / PDLM/ Design Transfer projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
Lead single-discipline projects or manage sub-processes within broader innovation initiatives.
Actively participate in organisational change efforts and build influential stakeholder relationships.
Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Track progress against milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, status reports) to ensure transparency.
Seek opportunities to enhance project management skills through training and knowledge-sharing.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating meetings.
Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by incorporating feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply analytical skills to resolve medium-complexity requests within defined procedures.

You're the right fit if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical ,Electronics ,Mechanical Engineering.
6–10 years of relevant work experience in related domains
Hands - on Project Management Experience

CertificationsPMP Certification preferredTechnical Expertise

Solid understanding of Design Transfer processes or significant exposure to Product Industrialisation.
Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, estimation, and risk management.

Behavioural & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work independently under general supervision while exercising sound judgement.
Strong customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving skills.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
