You will be the expert on and own the FP&A systems, reporting automation, and data integrity, ensuring our planning and reporting processes are accurate, efficient, and scalable across the group businesses: Enterprise SaaS, Services, MVNO, and Travel Tech.This role is ideal for an FP&A professional with strong systems and process expertise - not a pure IT role, but a finance role with deep ownership of FP&A platforms and reporting workflows.Key Responsibilities:
- FP&A Systems ownership: Own and enhance our FP&A platform (Datarails) and reporting infrastructure (Oracle, Workday etc.), ensuring the system integrity, automation, and optimization.
- Data Governance & Accuracy: Drive reporting consistency, version control, and single-source-of-truth data across FP&A outputs. This includes driving accuracy and consistency of integrations, data flow, data mapping and definitions, allocations, models, templates, dashboards etc. within the FP&A Platform.
- Automation and Workflow Systemization: Partner with the Senior Manager to build and maintain scalable and automated forecasting, variance and reporting workflows, templates, and processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Implement automation of budgeting and forecasting workflows.
- Collaboration: Ensure the underlying data and workflows powering reports are accurate and consistent, enabling the Reporting Senior Analyst to deliver executive-ready outputs (MBRs, variance packs, Board decks etc.)
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on FP&A technology trends and propose enhancements to optimize the team's analytical toolkit. As a power user and administrator, partner with the Finance Business Partners, Controllership, and Operations to plan, execute, and roll-out enhancements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Support group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating BU inputs, maintaining the master forecast model within the FP&A Platform, and ensuring accuracy of accruals, allocations, and templates.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Bring 4+ years of FP&A, financial systems, or reporting infrastructure experience, with majority focused on implementing and improving Financial Planning and Management Reporting processes, automating workflows, and maintaining data governance
- Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise with rolling-out and maintaining FP&A systems (ideally more than one) and integration with ERP/HRMS platforms (Oracle, Workday, etc.).
- Strong understanding of bottom-up and driver-based planning models.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial and operational data into business insights
- Hands-on, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments. Experience in SaaS/Tech scaleups is a plus.
- Possess advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and template-building skills; data querying skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) are nice to have.
