The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java for backend development and ReactJS for building rich, interactive front-end applications. This role offers an opportunity to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. As a senior fullstack engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions that support business growth.Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot, J2EE, Hibernate) for backend and ReactJS for the front-end.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components for seamless user experiences.
- Work on microservices architecture to ensure modular, maintainable, and performant systems.
- Frontend Engineering:
- Develop responsive, interactive, and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to transform designs into functional applications.
- Backend Engineering:
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Java frameworks.
- Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure secure and efficient data management.
- Implement robust authentication, authorization, and other security practices.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and promote best coding practices.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain detailed documentation.
- Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and participate in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Technical Expertise:
- 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on Java and ReactJS.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, J2EE, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
