Key Responsibilities:- Own the sales operations charter end-to-end, including planning, analytics, process design, and tool implementation.- Lead the design, customization, and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem to support dynamic business needs.- Define and implement sales processes, forecasting methodologies, performance tracking mechanisms, and pipeline visibility tools.- Collaborate with senior leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align operational frameworks with business strategy.- Drive sales planning cycles including territory mapping, quota design, and incentive structure modelling.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver real-time, actionable insights to sales leadership.- Manage data quality, CRM hygiene, and change management across systems and tools.- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Sales Ops team.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.- Prior experience working in EdTech is mandatory.- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, automation, integrations, and reporting.- Proven ability to design and implement scalable sales processes and operational frameworks.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder).- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, or similar sales enablement platforms.
